2020 Sauvignon Blanc

The grapes were grown with varying degrees of sun exposure to create a complex range of developed flavors. Additional uniqueness is that this wine is bright green in freshness due to the zero-oxygen exposure in the winemaking process. Classic cool climate aroma of intense fresh cut grass and pineapple. On the palate is the introduction of ripe flavors resembling star fruit, peach, and pineapple with a long mouthwatering finish. 100% Stainless Steel. South Fork Vineyard / Iverson Vineyard.

The grapes for this wine were grown with complete shading on the fruit to minimize color development and crisp natural acidity. This wine is transparent with minimal coloring as the result of its canopy management. It is full throttled with aroma of honeydew melon, stargazer lily makes for a heady perfume. Flavors of lemon poppy seed cake and blood orange dominate this fleshy palate. 100% stainless steel. Melrose Vineyard / Southfork Vineyard.

2022 Chardonnay 90 points W.S.

A freshly sliced pineapple aroma mingles with notes of mildly earthy daisies and freshly cut grass in a most inviting way. The wine’s buttery lemon-tart and almond flavors are a nice match for a creamy texture and gentle acidity.

2020 Riesling

The grapes for this wine were grown with the morning side of the canopy exposed to the direct sunlight to develop a softer acidity and ripe flavors. The appearance is a faint straw coloring.

There is a similarity between a bright green apple and classic Riesling petrol varietal flavor. This wine is able to be off dry to achieve balance to the lower acidity that we naturally achieve in the vineyard. There is a long-lasting mouthwatering finish. 100% stainless steel. Melrose Vineyard.
