Solstice Solera VII–Dessert Wine / Limited Release

This wine is made from the variety Baco Noir. It is a blend of 7 different vintages to bring together the complexity that would deliver a port style wine. The dark color and bright acidity of Baco Noir combining with heavy toast, 10% residual sugar and 20% alcohol elevate everything into an incredible balance. This is the winemaker’s longstanding favorite.
