2021 Pinot Noir Rosé–89 Points W.E.

The pinot noir grapes that were used for making this wine were cold soaked for 3 days and then immediately pressed. This resulting wine has a beautiful salmon pink color has aromas of Strawberry Jolly Rancher, Lemon catmint and wet rocks. The wine has a brisk mouthfeel, tangy acidity and flavors resembling strawberry, peach, ginger, and toffee. 100% stainless steel. Melrose Vineyard.

2021 Vin Du Fermier Pinot Noir–Fruit Forward Style

This easy drinking pinot is a crowd favorite. It has a bright garnet color with an earthy aroma of pie cherry and vanilla. Candied cherry blasts the introduction on the palate. It has a light body, minimal oak impact, and an elevated fruitiness due to a slight residual sugar. Melrose Vineyard.

2021 Melrose Pinot Noir–New Release 90 Points W.E.

The grapes were grown with full sun exposure for all of the full-bodied and ripeness possible. Dark burgundy in color and aroma is a combination of cherry jam and a hand full of caramel-coated Spanish peanuts. The flavors are tarter with cranberries fighting not-so-ripe raspberries for supremacy. Tiny traces of roasted pork, lemon and cumin show up on the long finish. 2021 Pinotage – Limited Release

This grape originated in S.A. as a cross pollination between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. Here we refine the wine in the cellar by pressing off the skins early to avoid over extracting. The result is a wonderful wine that has a potpourri and berry aroma. The palate has notes of pomegranate and raspberry with an unmistakable velvet soft full body. Neutral French oak for 5 months. 2022 Equinox

This regal red wine starts with aromas of plum, vanilla and allspice with hints of ripe papaya. Following are tastes of toast, apricot and leather, giving way to raspberry. It has a soft tannic entry with a long finish.

2016 Merlot

This wine has a tinge of regal color due to is fine age. The aroma is fresh and intense with ripe plum and cassis fruits with a subtle hint of eucalyptus. On the palate, the ripe profiles have assimilated a soft medium body with layers of complexity. 15% Heavy toasted American Oak and 85% neutral French oak barrels for 13 months. 2018 Syrah

This wine was made from co-fermenting 2% viognier skins with 20% whole clusters. This jammy dark red wine has layers of fruit complexity on the aroma and palate with the unmistakable cracked pepper expression. The soft tannin with crisp mid palate allows for an incredible wine with a backbone. French oak barrels for 9 months. Melrose Tasting Room Block / Southfork Vineyard.

2018 Tempranillo

This wine was pressed early to avoid being over extracted to showcase the delicate side of Tempranillo. Notes of brambleberry, toast, graham cracker and Crème Brule on the nose. On the palate you may find plum, dark berries, and hints of leather. It still is a mouthful of tannin and structure, but they are rounded and soft into the long finish. French oak barrels for 10 months.

2021 Baco Noir–Limited Release

This is the darkest of our red wines which is always crowd favorite. Aromas of candied bacon, black fruits, and ripe plum. Smooth with low tannin, elevated acidity with a long-lasting finish tends to have this wine pair well with food. French oak barrels for 9 months. Southfork Vineyard.
