What is Pinotage? Pinotage is cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault (called Hermitage in South Africa). This red varietal was created in South Africa in 1925, by Stellenbosch University Professor A.I. Peroldt. The flavors are unmistakable for anything else!

Vivid purple plum color with a tantalizing fragrant bouquet of berry cobbler and lilac. Irresistible cherry flavors splash your palate with complex spice flavors for a lasting earthy floral finish.
Cooperage: 32% New French Oak-medium toast, 68% Neutral French Oak.
